Since our establishment we have acted for numerous landlords. Hundreds of whom have retained our service year after year, often on an exclusive basis. Our personal service means we are able to offer a one to one assistance throughout the process.

Our lettings team looks to secure the highest rental returns and suitable tenants for our landlords by utilising our extensive and lengthy knowledge of the London rental market combined with our wide range of contacts.

Our letting service is three tiered:

1. Tenant finding

This service includes marketing of the property, finding a tenant, taking references on prospective tenants, offering the landlord a rent warranty for the duration of the tenancy, drafting a tenancy agreement and arranging for signature, procuring an inventory if requested by the Landlord and ensuring the deposit is protected and registered in a Government scheme.

2. Rent collection

In addition to the services provided above we will collect the rent (including demanding any arrears) from the tenant and pay it directly into the landlord's nominated account.

3. Full management

We offer a complete in-house letting and management package to landlords leasing their property on a furnished or unfurnished basis. We work on the principle that successful letting depends on first rate management and our property management services include:

  • Financial management of the property including rent collection.
  • Upkeep and maintenance.
  • Providing first class management to tenants.
  • Keeping landlords up to date on their investments.
  • Where we manage all the flats in a single building we can also look after any maintenance issues in the communal areas such as lighting, up keep of communal gardens and block window cleaning.
  • Administering insurance claims and subsequent rectification work.
  • Administering the accounts and liaising with the landlord's accountant.

Regardless of the level of involvement a landlord chooses, we will always provide the following personal and dedicated service:

Market Appraisal

One of our friendly and experienced members of staff will visit the property and provide an accurate and realistic valuation.

Marketing and Advertising


We have regular adverts in local and community newspapers.

Property Database Websites

We advertise extensively on numerous national and award-winning websites including Rightmove, Find a Property, Primelocation, Homes and Property, Gumtree, Home, Agent UK, Zoomf, Citi Key, Wamp It and numerous other websites.

Shop Window

We have a rolling and attractive display in the window of our shop which is in a busy high street with much passing foot and car traffic.

“To Let” Boards

"To Let" boards We will arrange for this to be done with 48hours of your instruction to market the property.

Registered Applicants

Lastly, not forgetting the personal approach - when we are instructed on a property we will always go through our list of previously registered applicants and invite those whose requirements match your property to view it immediately.
