Landlord fees

Standard fees:

• Letting only - 10% + VAT of the initial terms rent payable in advance
• Renewal fee - 7.5% + VAT of the terms rent payable in advance for any period the tenant continues their tenancy after the initial term
• Management fee - 5% + VAT of the terms rent
